Hargrove Controls & Automation

The old WALA building at 208 & 210 Government Street stood vacant and depressed at the entrance to the Bankhead Tunnel and across from the City-County Complex for over twenty years. Luckily for Mobile, the expanding needs of Hargrove and Associates inspired them to purchase and renovate the building in 2016.  A complete overhaul of the interior included removing interior finishes, non-load bearing walls, electrical and mechanical systems.  The renovated exterior, as shown, lights up Government Street at night with an elegant color scheme, a stunning backdrop of downtown Mobile, and a balcony enjoyed by many lucky Mardi Gras revelers!  This building sets a simple, classic tone and creates a modern ambiance for historic downtown Mobile.
