Dobson Building

This building was constructed in downtown Fairhope, Alabama; a quaint artists colony on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay.  The project is a mixed use development with business use on the ground floor and a residence on the second and third floor.  The owners desired a building that would blend in with the historic nature of the town and remind them of their hometown of New Orleans.  A wrap around iron balcony was designed to provide an outdoor space for the residence and to afford an ideal viewing area of the Mardi Gras parades.
